The Dinner Struggle is Real

Planning dinners for the rest of the month has been a major challenge. I find myself staring into the fridge, hoping for inspiration, but it just isn’t coming. Cooking has always been something I enjoyed, but lately, it feels like another task on a never-ending list. Between missing ingredients and a lack of ideas, it’s frustrating.

Mental Health Check-In

Depression has been a daily battle. It’s not just bad days here and there - it’s the constant struggle of trying to stay afloat when everything feels heavy. Overthinking, self-doubt, and exhaustion have been big challenges. If you’re struggling too, just know you’re not alone. Every day isn’t perfect, but we push through and find small wins where we can.

Being a Caregiver

Taking care of my mom, my brother, and my family is no small task. It can be overwhelming, but I try to show up for them even on my hardest days. Balancing everything - work, life, and caregiving - is tough, but I’m doing my best.

The Future of Talk "Radio" and The D&J Show

With Talk "Radio" transitioning to pre-recorded episodes, I want to make sure we keep audience engagement strong. I’ll be figuring out the best ways to stay connected with you all.

As for The D&J Show, Season 3 is coming up and will be a special tribute to Daniel Meeker. We’ll be looking back on the show’s journey and honoring Daniel’s legacy in a meaningful way.
